A collection of half elves with Swords & Wizardy stats expanded to include moral (ML) and Will power (WIL) as I use both in my own campaigns.
Trelf
A tragic crossbreed of elf and troll that favors their
elfin parent. Some might be able to advance as high as a level or two less than
elf PC types could within a campaign.
Trelf: HD 3; AC 5 [14]; Atk 1 sword (1d8) or 2 arrows (1d6); Move
12; Save 14; AL N (or C); CL 3; ML 8; WIL 14; Special:
Darkvision 60ft, 4 in 6 chance to find secret doors, immune to ghoul paralysis,
Regenerate 1 hp/round.
Trolf
A tragic crossbreed of elf and troll that favors their troll
parent. Trolf are normally unable to be spell casters but they do have the
uncanny ability to make use of all magic items a magic-user or druid could make
use of.
Trolf: HD 5+2; AC
4[15]; Atk 2 claws (1d4) or Weapon (1d10), 1 bite (1d4); Move 12;
Save 12; AL C; CL 8; ML
9; WIL 12; Special:
Regenerate 2hp/round.Immune to ghould paralysis.
Tralf
A crossbreed of elf and treant that serve to protect
faerie domains. It is possible for some Tralf to be able to use magic as well
as an 8th level Druid.

Atk 2 strikes (1d10); Move 9; Save 9; AL L; CL 7

Trow
A crossbreed of dark elf and troll that breeds true among
themselves. Some dark elves see them as a pool of shock troops but others see
them as possible competitors. Leader types may use magic as well as an 11th
level magic-user.

WIL 14; Special: 30%
magic resistance, +2 on all saving throws, regenerate 1 hp/round, darkness

Drolde
Brutish magical crossbreeds of darkelf and troll that
favor their trollish blood but still retain a great deal of magical capability.
Drolde fashion large exceptional weapons that strike as +1 magical weapons. Leader types may use magic as well as an 9th level magic-user.
Drolde: HD 5; AC 3 [16];
Atk large drolde weapon 2d6+1 or bite 1d4; Move 12; Save 12; AL
C; CL: 8;
ML 10;
WIL 14; Special: 20% magic resistance, darkness
