Yesterday I posted a big chart of corridor cross-section profiles and Tim Shorts inquired how to use them on a computer.  Here's how Tim:

Draw a dungeon map as you usually would. Note the typical corridor profile for a level somewhere on the map or in the text and where there are exceptions note the exceptions on the map. Just redraw or copy an paste from the chart. Here's a sample:

The corridor heading south is going to be split level with the west side higher. The corridor on the other side of the secret door heading east is going to be pinched with convex sides.

  1. Cool. This reminds me of the classic Traveller module 'Shadows' with it's cross-sections to show under walkways.
